“We are going to make a strong attempt this year … because this is an issue whether you’re pro-life or pro-choice, you can agree the health and the safety of women is paramount, and so we want to ensure these clinics are clean, they’re safe,” Ms. Malliotakis said.
“It is something that needs to be addressed. There should not be any resistance to this legislation,” she added. “You’re talking about medical procedures taking place somewhere that’s not inspected. It’s something that’s cause for alarm.”
